Pros
Located in new office building/ One of the owners is SUPER NICE and PLEASANT/ some people that work there are great people/ they try really hard to be professional but ... it's 50/50 success rate. It's family owned and ran... so be warned...(favoritism and parachute employees). On good days there is fairness and recognition and great camaraderie from management. I have had unforgettably great experiences/ No job descriptions so this good or bad.
Cons
Unreasonable work load/ inconsistent management practices/ no transparency/ out of touch with office flow and work load/ Under paid. Sneaky decision making that makes no business sense. They say "teamwork" one day and "you are on your own" the next. The coordinators are overworked to the max. If you have a Bach. in Science... you may have better choices. You will also be working under constant supervision and in close contact with others due to small office space. No job description is bad because it's vague and vague is a great territory for the employer and bad place for employee. Family owned: so unless the people in charge adopt you.. or share a similarity in last name... you won't reach management.
