Pros

Good for fresher , learning opportunities are there for a fresher ,can learn multiple technology not only 1 domain, can work in different environments. Sal is ok for fresher as per Market standard.as per my experience seniors are very helpfull during my tenure.

Cons

Not god for experience person ,salary is not as per the market standards If you are from db team then you have to work on holidays also (Saturday n Sunday) at least 3-4 hours and there is no allowance for that , U have to work late night also at least 2-3 days in a week .that is also without allowance. Annual sal hike is low , and the most of important and worst policy is notice period 3 month and their is no option called buy out so think twice before joining this company in my case I had lots of arguments with my manager for early leaving but they didnt approve my request they ll force u to serve 3 months notice period One more thing u have to work on 1st ,3rd and 5th saturday also

Pros

The residents are the best and some of my coworkers are nice.

Cons

I hate working here. I wouldn't tell anyone to work at atria the management just sucks. My boss is the rudest lady you will ever meet. All they care about is money. I sometimes don't even get breaks. One time I tried to take a break and got in trouble because I was told I already got my 30, but keep in mind you get two 15 min breaks that my atria won't let you take. I wish someone would call the state and report all this. When you are about to leave to go home they ask you to work a double after you have been thereported your 8 hours......
