      Pros

      The pros are actually working with clients. You get to work with influencers and brands, to create and design all their marketing assets. The work you do for these clients includes a range of tasks like blog / newsletter curation, social planning, Amazon storefront input and more.

      Cons

      Management has a work style of basically if they aren't the ones doing it, it's not good enough. You will experience getting screamed at in the office and told that your work isn't "up to standards" even though all of your clients increase services. You will be told to leave at 5pm sharp, and can't work over to complete tasks because they do not want to pay over time. However, will still question your work quality even though you needed extra time to complete tasks, and that was taken away from you. You will be called out and belittled in front of the entire staff. Since I worked there, there has been a full 100% turnover rate. All of my fellow coworkers have decided to leave based on the work environment. Overworked and underpaid...

      Pros

      Working at ADM was an absolute pleasure. The team truly became my second family, and one of my closest friends to this day was once my coworker there! I learned more in a short period at ADM than I ever could have imagined, gaining hands on experience and mentorship that you just don’t find at many companies. One of the best parts about ADM is the clients they attract. Each day brought the chance to work with kind, driven people who made the work both meaningful and enjoyable. I’m grateful for my time at ADM and for the growth it brought me, both professionally and personally.

      The clients were great and loved my coworkers!

      Cons

      - toxic work environment, underpaid, no benefits, and often worked over 40 hours and did not receive overtime pay. Management constantly disrespected employees and clients
