Pros
1- Hours are there, plenty of work for those who SHOW-UP and take PRIDE in the JOB. You can make ALOT of MONEY as well. 💰🤑
2- Alot of great people to learn from while flagging as well both in our company and the contractors who we flag for. So you can learn and meet alot of great people and be apart of something big.
- iI've flagged an trained Florida, NJ, NYC, VT, and it's all similar and different but since I first started ice learned alot and you can too.
Cons
It would be nice if you could for instance start flagging here in VT and 5 years down the line your wife gets a job offer in Florida and you ask for a transfer and you could do that an not lose your status or time or anything else.
Or let's say somebig job is happening in another state an they're seeking experienced flaggers an you could go work in another state or just be a TRAVELING flagger in general would be awesome actually an I bet alot of people would apply, right away. You get to work doing what you like and get to travel an see other places an meet new people and learn new stuff as well.
