There are nice people here.

It's honestly amazing how little direction is provided here, Especially considering the amount of work and high expectations placed on employees. You're often expected to figure things out on your own, with minimal guidance or clarity on goals or priorities. It often feels more like being left in the dark. Clearer communication and support would go a long way in improving both morale and productivity.
