      Lots of changes and turnover Never has any plans communicated to account management on what to do moving forward Get more work each year but with the same pay

      No comments. I seriously cannot think of any.

      They are totally unpredictable, unprofessional, a team of liars and yesmen to the owner who openly admits this is his lifestyle business and a serious thing. That pretty much sums up how much can one grow and learn here.
