Parity pay so paid the same as the full time staff
Cons
Flooded with drivers so not enough work to go round. Work cancelled and given to someone else. Treated like sh*t. Spoken to like you owe them everything and should be grateful for 2 days work per week! Oh and if you like being lied to this is the company to go to.
