At the working level, people are 100% committed and work collaboratively toward their common goals.
Cons
While ADTRAN is clearly a leader in PON and Fiber, it is struggling to adapt to other technology growth areas (especially in the areas of software, cloud and SaaS). Too much wasted IP and loss of critical employee skills over the last couple of years.
