      Really nice office in the heart of the financial sector in City of London, working there gives you a perfectly balanced life and work hours.

      Cons

      It can get a little bit hard to get promoted due to the limited availability of open spots in the company.

      Lax environment, lots of freedom to work in your own style and ability to experiment with new projects. Easy to understand path of progression. Genuinely nice management. Easy if you're looking for something easy, and challenging if you're looking for something challenging. SUPER flexible scheduling.

      A bit repetitive if you stay on the same project too long.
