      Pros

      Easy-going work setting with occasional happy hours on Friday to appease the underpaid junior staff.

      Cons

      The management lacks significant leadership skills and transparency to the employees. The company has a high employee turnover when I worked there. The quality of the work is mediocre despite what they try to claim. The office manager is rude and unhelpful esp. when approached by employees.

      Pros

      AE7QA is a great team with people from allover the world - this is one of the things that makes the company so unique. Everybody is friendly and helpful, and it is fairly easy to get a good work/life balance. Projects are both domestic and international ranging in scale and detail, making AE7QA an interesting work space.

      Cons

      AE7QA has been struggling with growing pains but has regained control. The somewhat old workflow hinders creativity as junior staff is left doing redlining rather than participating and contributing to the design process. Management is aware of this and is taking the necessary steps to improve the situation.
