Everyone is super welcoming and actually get along, it makes it more enjoyable to go to work every morning.

That's what's earned AES its reputation for exceptionalism. It's the compounding result of hundreds of individual decisions to do the job right.

Honestly, I've searched for one and come up empty... which I recognize is rare, and I don't say it lightly. If I'm forced to stretch: a culture this committed to going above and beyond means you should come ready to hold yourself to a high standard.
