Internship - Internship AES Gener Employee Review

-Open and more casual office than what is typical in Chile -Most bosses are flexible with personal time for doctor appts., etc. without having to take vacation time. -Benefits and bonuses are great -Coworkers are friendly and really care about each other

-HR is not as transparent as it needs to be (supposedly this is improving) -Sometimes long hours are required in the accounting division, but not much. -Sometimes there is not open communication between the different areas (some areas try to keep the information to themselves instead of sharing)

It is a big corporation with good professionals and a very active, who take new opportunities and incorporate a lot of technology, you can hot get bored in this company

There were some executives who did not work as a team, but who sought their personal interests. The corporate at US, was very demanding of issues that did not have priority
