Pros

this review is for the managment consutling division: - Great work life balance, not more than 9 hours of work per day - flexible/ hybrid working environment (few days online, few days from office) - Interesting projects, highly focused in the energy and power sector - promising future - most branches are small (up to 15 consultants) so it feels like a startup, and you gain high exposur. - usually you get promoted every around 1.5 years (analyst, consultant, senior consultant, manager, senior manager, principal, senior principal, director) - less traveling is required compared to other consulting firms - listed on public swedish market

Cons

- lower salary's compared to other consulting firms - no bonuses or expenses covering (many consulting firms cover housing, and food for emplyees, afry don't) - Not the luxurious consulting lifestyle you would feel compare to working in big consulting firms (BCG, Strategy &, Bain, Mckinsey..) - not many company events, outings, business lunche..
