Pros
Flat structure for management. Trust in employees to work remotely. Excellent team spirit and communication. Great user base who worked collaboratively with IT and operations.
Cons
Unrealistic and short sighted approach to outsourcing the IT landscape to 3rd party. My issue is not with the strategic necessity to outsource, but the complete lack of understanding this would have on the business and operational community.
