Pros
AGCO Hungary in Budapest is a nice place with an good work/life time balance. Helpful teams with unbelievable fast resolution times I never experienced before. Amount of working hours are fixed but arrival times are flexible. Management let's you in peace or it is a lack on people management skills. So, self motivation and ability for independent work is necessary. Home office opportunity once a week. Several company activities like movie night, music band, Hungarian specialities to purchase once a week (3rd party vendor comes into house), office massage and so on... Overall good impression.
Cons
Documentation is only present if you do it on your own. Only some goals are visible but project management is missing. Managers are nice but sometimes exhausted and not able to distribute tasks on an understandable and clear way.
