Pros
I loved working with AGCO but that was because my team was global. AGCO is a travelling company so there were many travel opportunities. Being part of a medium leadership team was good and I was respected and helped from the get go.
Cons
The HR/Office management of the Budapest SSC is toxic and anti-employee. Policies are all over the world are constantly messy. Certain people hold high positions due to who they are married to (obviously this happens at other companies, too). Hungarian salaries were a joke, we are just a cheap Eastern European outsourcing country for the "big AGCO".
