      Environment of nepotism, plus hardest workers often taken advantage of (at least in my department) - establishing firm and healthy boundaries is recommended

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
