Pros
- Amazing new(ish) head quarters in an up-and-coming LA neighborhood - Amazing project roster with careful and deep-rooted client relations - Decent upward mobility (by title) for "junior" employees that show promise and mold to the "agenC" mentality - Talented and driven coworkers that "inspire" you to put your best foot forward EVERY SINGLE DAY
Cons
Actively Driven by Competition - Owners have a tangible distain with their competing agency's, essentially ostracizing any employee that leaves for a better position or pay (that agenC can't match) - Leadership staff amongst all departments have a lack of understanding of each other's roles and motives, ultimately creating a convoluted environment where they spend more time arguing about who's right in important meetings - Creative and production have always had a disconnect due to lack of respect and understanding from both teams. Lots of details behind this, and you can read other reviews, but know that this could have 100% been mitigated by proper management (even in the interviewing process of some bad hires) - Egos definitely got in the way of senior management being able to properly acknowledge, support, understand, empower or even properly compensate anyone that challenged the established status quo or career path that they deemed you worthy
