      Inept Leadership and poor strategy - Senior Manager AGI Employee Review

      Pros

      Pay was competitive. Facility was new and nice.

      Cons

      Leadership was inept and completely out of touch with customers' needs. Former CEO was fired, which helped, but much of the damage was done. Company tried to act like a VC-funded startup using shareholder money. Not a good way to operate as a public company.

      Leadership cares and listen's. The Company is going through changes/challenges just like all other companies. They are doing the best they can.

      They did have Friendly people

      Cons

      Management was not so good - very passive aggressive and disorganized and don’t expect overtime from your employees
