      Very bad management No flexibility Force you to work more than 9 hours a day Very low salaries They refused to give me my money after I quit the company

      - Good place to learn and grow for juniors - Very structured day to day work - Clear tasks and team vision

      Cons

      -I requested to leave the company and waited for 2 month notice period and still they refused to allow me to leave and instead asked for penalty clause which is not stated in the contract - they strictly prohibit all mail communnication - they force you to work for over than 9 hours a day
