I enjoyed the annual Christmas party and the bonuses and merit increases.
Cons
A lot of managers who micromanage but no ability to lead. People are promoted based on tenure and not aptitude, education, and skillset. A lot of favoritism which kills morale. Lack of diversity. Lack of career growth and advancement. Promises not kept.
