Company has Great benefits and is great to work for.

Can’t think of any cons.

We and I have talked to others are disappointed in the announcement yesterday of David’s successor. He had his chance with AgVantis a while back and walked away because he did not get his way and in the process recruited other AgVantis employees to leave and join him and was successful in one case. This says a lot about his character and integrity. And he said yesterday how important accountability is with him. He showed none. And then he is hired back and in this critical position. Shame on the board of directors for not thinking about the possible negativeness that could come with this selection.

To this day there are still some who truly believe they are still entitled to things.
