I don’t want to leave out the near constant online meetings which are just brow beating sessions designed to relieve themselves of blame for the day.

They will 100% want you to do the heavy lifting, this is not hyperbole, you will be moving extremely heavy and expensive objects daily. The environment is very loud, often dangerous, and always unpleasant. However, it’s great because they don’t offer significant raises or pay out the commissions owed, so yay!
