A few really good people with good knowledge but they don't get listened to. Made some good friends with colleagues. Close to the train station and Woking town center

Poor pay and benefits. No promotion opportunities Constantly replacing people with new people on lower pay Company has no money to invest in proper training and always does things on a shoestring. Technology and products (EazyFuel and RiskNet) are really old and have no proper investment for many years. No new customer for many years and old customer leaving. There is lack of payments and fraud knowledge in the company. Poor management that don't trust the employee. CEO and commercial lead charm people but sell snakeoil and don't deliver. An all boys friends club at the top management. Customers are always annoyed with no delivery and poor service. Toxic environment - you don't learn anything - working practices are dated

ai has been a great place to work for me. I started my career here and plan to remain here for some time. The people are all very kind and friendly and the work ethics have evolved greatly over the past 4 years, post COVID. I have learned all of my industry level skills through this company, both on the job and funded out of hours by the company for exams and qualifications. The company has its challenges and is rising to meet them. I have seen a lot of negative reviews citing that gossip and politics within the office is an issue, in 6+ years of working here I have not been exposed to anything of the sort. It has always been a positive space for me, and I can only assume that the people leaving this kind of feedback were at least partly responsible for their own experience.

Due to the companies size, it can take longer than desired to reach our goals and milestones. But this is slowly improving in itself.
