Pros
This company is good at keeping their promises.At AIG , no one lost a job .all are working either from the office or at home. all our jobs are safe. ofcourse ,we are not provided trevel and allowance and meals.only those employees who have started working from office recently are provided with a travel allowance as the rest are working from their home.
Cons
no cab facility for day time employees who are working from offices. it would be better if they provide the facility.
