BEAWARE!!!! - Voice Engineer AINS ICT Solutions Employee Review

No Pros only Cons. Worked here for more than a year, as this is a Australian firm there is no cab facilities for anybody not even for people working in shifts and then if you reach late to office even 2 minutes you get warning mails and they take undertaking saying that you will not repeat it, in case it repeats they deduct your hard earned money. In my one year tenure i have seen more than 10 people been terminated from work not because of performance but behavior in office, pathetic micro management :( Next, you are not provided any breakfast,lunch nor you cannot take your one hour break properly as it affects production. HR and Manager is of no use they are just puppets, all management happens from Australia. My personal suggestions and experience is DO NOT JOIN. Its better you look out for another opportunity then falling in this pit and trying to search another job again. Bangalore has many companies who will accept you and appreciate you.

They don't trust their employees at all. Shifts are not rostered properly they call you anytime at work, anytime even mid night 2.00 am. In short when they wish. You may have to work extra hours almost everyday which is not compensated. People working in shifts have split holiday as the number of resources are less. Your views and suggestions are not appreciated just dump them in garbage.

There is nothing called as pros.. Zero pros and Glassdoor please remove the Pros option for this company..

Top management who sit in Australia does not give any respect to people sitting here in India office.. They will never believe you even if you are sick they will call you for work.. You cannot even take you sick leave They are running a cowshed. They will torture you mentally in terms of work. Nobody has rights to raise any questions to management. Even if you are right they will prove you wrong. Nobody to hear you concerns it will be thrown to garbage if you have one.. Work culture is the worst.. They will call you anytime to office.. If you want free depression and mental abuse you can join this company..
