This company has an amazing culture. Their employees are a direct reflection of their values, and it is clear that they are intentional with hiring and team building! Everyone is a thought leader in their respective industry, and open to teaching AND learning!

It is a very fast pace environment- which may be intimidating to some. There is a lot of cross-team/department collaboration which people may also find intimidating/difficult/is not preferred.

they pay you to sit there and expect nothing

Horrible company. Unless your part of upper management you mean nothing to anyone.
