At AIR MILES, we believe celebrating our Associates is essential to our business and a core value of our ‘work hard and play hard’ culture. Whether we’re celebrating wins, milestones or ‘just for fun’ – we take a lot of pride in giving our Associates something to brag about.
You are right, we care about our associates and invest in them from the very beginning. Development is very important to us and we encourage all team members to unleash their curiosity and try new ways of doing things. We also provide many resources for development and coaching opportunities because we don’t want to just be ‘good enough’, we’re always striving to be better and we want to help our Associates get there. We know that developing our people is critical for increasing engagement, fostering our culture and enhancing performance, which in turn drives our results and growth as an organization.
