Thanks for your feedback and for choosing AIR MILES for your Co-op term. Our Co-ops know that they are an integral part of our team and we encourage them to explore career possibilities, develop connections, and work with some of the best brands and technologies out there, all while gaining valuable, real-world experience. Over the past year, we have refined our Co-op engagement strategy and pivoted in the face of COVID-19. We’ve been actively working on initiatives to bring our culture to life and stay connected while working remotely. Social and networking events have remained a priority to keep our Co-ops engaged and inspired. In the last year we’ve hosted a virtual speaker series, motivational talks, meditation sessions, live DJ events, mixology workshops and nutrition seminars to name a few. There is something for everyone to enjoy. Thanks again for leaving your review. I wish you all the best. Dimitri Benak, VP, People and Culture

Pros

Good benefits Great co-workers Fully remote Lots of fun employee events - got to meet a lot of cool folks at the company through it

Cons

Lots of different roles within the chain of command so different objectives are being passed down Sometimes hard to feel if you're making a difference

Thank you for the positive feedback. Our Associates are at the heart of our strong company culture and are truly what makes AIR MILES such a great place to work! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates. For Associates with questions regarding the impact of their role, we encourage you to speak to your leader or Manager Once Removed for guidance. Thanks again for your feedback, and all the best.
