4yHello, thank you for taking the time to share your review. I am happy to hear that you have had the opportunity to grow your career at AIR MILES and that you enjoyed working with our wonderful clients, team, and your leader.
We have a clear vision in place along with a strategic plan to become Canada’s best Loyalty Program. We are open to feedback and to try things differently to communicate our vision in a compelling way. We ensure to communicate our vision, strategic plan, and priorities during our monthly business reviews and to equip our Leaders with the information needed to discuss this further with their teams.
We encourage a culture that is safe and inclusive and encourages collaboration, transparency, and trust. I am sorry that you experienced situations where this was not the case. One of our values is that we own our successes and our misses. I would encourage any Associate that has feedback and would like to see things done differently to speak with their Leader about it and/or a member of the HR team. We also have regular surveys in place to enable Associates to share their feedback about what’s working, what’s not, and to drive change.
