      I think the family really has a passion for employing people. I was there 17 years and really enjoyed the people and customers. Their organization is top notch in keeping customers running smoothly

      Pros

      Commission, holiday party, branch lunch every month, 401k %5 match.

      Cons

      No HR standards, every branch has its own rules. No winter hours. A lot of wasted time with no customers because of it.
