Pros
Nice view from the office, and good friendships developed with other coworkers from the shared trauma.
Cons
Excessive micromanagement, talking down to you in front of the other employees, and awful pay. Vague instructions for high workloads with no training to back it up. When you ask questions, they act like you are a weak link in the organization. If they don't like you, they will treat you like an emotional punching bag any and all chances they can get, while refusing to acknowledge your contributions and improvements, making the work environment inhumane.
