Management is always very fair and just plain pleasant to work for. They support their officers and give clear instructions on how to be successful. Easy to reach a Supervisor at any time.
Pay is always on time and office communications are always set high, uniforms provided for only $50 deposit shirts, jackets, hat good deal! Also I was provided duty belt with oc spray and baton and cuffs very great-full.
Cons
In past 3 years received raise only twice. Wish to get more raises hand in hand with inflation
