      Flexible working hours. Good work environment. Good company for fresher or juniors.

      Unstructured management Low salary Experince and knowledge are unvalued, Even though you have 10 years of experience but one/ two experience or fresher colleagues will be your team lead/manager. Inequality Language discrimination - unfair treatment to the people who dont speak local language. Unclear role and poor organizational structure. Bad recruiting practices. Zero benefits. No career path.
