Cons
1. They are not transparent about issues with their clients. They knowingly send you to companies that foster a hostile work environment. **Be very cautious of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma! 2. The "Strategic Partner" I worked with was dishonest and hypocritical. They make false claims to the client and badmouth you to protect themselves. 3. They assign someone to check in with you, but any issues you’re experiencing go unheard and uninvestigated. They neither support nor protect you. Major issue: workload 4. When an assignment ends prematurely, they don’t bother to have a mutually respectful adult conversation with you to find out what actually happened. They sent a survey, which I’m sure was automated, but when I tried to complete it four days later (after my nervous system calmed down from the abuse and gaslighting), it had already expired. My guess is they didn’t want negative feedback to reach leadership. 5. At the end of the day, like any HR department, they prioritize their client relationships over their employees. They only care about profits.
