The company is completely mismanaged. They will recruit talent without having projects for them. I spent 6+ months without real tasks (max 5 h / week of work) until I decided to quit. Furthermore, the onboarding process was very bad, as you are supposed to figure out everything on your own. If you get a project far away from your location you might be expected to relocate.
