Managers have been the best I’ve had in my career so far. Very supportive and genuinely want to help you succeed through mentorship & coaching. Zero micromanagement here, and it is reflected in the great culture & work life balance. Money to be made if you work for it.
Cons
Recent name change has eroded brand recognition in an already tough market. Base salary is low compared to competitors. Lack of upper leadership presence in Western Canada.
