Project are interested and challenging, giving the ability to go over your limits and learn a lot and fast. People culture is great. The best workplace I have ever been. The provide a generous bonus.
Cons
The salary raise might not be great at the moment, but it depends on the market. They are against the work from home and you will need to attend the office between 3 to 4 days a week, sometimes even 5 days.
