corporate hospo work. alot of training and information, a great starter place before adventuring off into your own business.
Cons
lack of lower management in the industry which means you can get burnt out very easy. don't have a say too much in the way things can change but upper management are willing to provide feed back as long as you do your homework on how the change can benefit the future of the company
