Upward mobility. Positive work environment

Lower end of compensation. Recently went through a merger. Future uncertain.

The biggest pro was the opportunity to learn within a large dealership group environment. Working for a company with multiple rooftops provided exposure to a variety of accounting processes and operations.

Training and onboarding were limited due to the workload and staffing structure. Controllers were overseeing a high number of dealerships, which made hands-on training and support difficult at times.
