Thank you for your response, we appreciate your feedback. We agree that ALM has good employees and in 2018 we had over 80 promotions within the company. The goal of ALM is to ensure that every employee is clearly aligned with the top business priorities, supporting our growth plans, and feeling both productive and supported.
