Monthly pay period, time difference

I have been working with ALO7 for about four months now. I love working with the company for many valid reasons. As a former middle school teacher, ALO7 affords me the opportunity to create my own schedule so that I can stay home with my young child. I have been able to teach early mornings and be finished by the time my daughter wakes. Maybe best of all, gone are the hours of data collection and paperwork! My teaching hours are spent teaching! The lesson plans are very thorough and once I get into a rhythm, the class flow is easy. The courseware is excellent and the admin is constantly looking for ways to improve. The tech staff is also excellent and they respond in a timely manner. Another positive I did not anticipate is that there are many opportunities for professional growth. There are weekly meetings, and the Pili’s Playhouse page allows teachers to collaborate and give suggestions to others 24/7. I truly feel like part of a community! Furthermore, admin is willing to work with people on a one on one basis and give feedback for growth!

The only improvement needed is with the schedule. A week at a glance/month at a glance feature would be a welcomed addition. Also, it would be good to know when certain types of classes were being booked so that teachers could be booked for classes where they excel. Currently, teachers often fill their own time slots with classes not knowing what schools will be booking and when. This blocks availability for classes in which they may excel.
