Great atmosphere, management, and CEO.

Sometimes the days at work can be long.

Staff feeding program through many vendors, ability to purchase other products at wholesale price, lots of great people to work with.

The previous owners sold August 2023 and the new owner is a nightmare. When he's in the office, everyone is walking on eggshells. He doesn't talk to anyone except through Teams. There's no small talk about your weekend or upcoming events. You're just an employee to him and nothing more. He's quick to let you know that he signs your paycheck so do what he says. He likes to say he wants to hear feedback but then doesn't listen and dismisses any feedback given and uses it against you in your one on one meetings. He should have stayed in Seattle where he belongs.
