      Several staff members are only interested in "sealing the deal". They do not see the requirement to deal with candidates in a fair and respectful way. Highly unprofessional.

      Good pay with opportunities. There are always openings.

      Cons

      Dumbest and most inexperienced management at any company. If you play the political game, you're in. Your knowledge, experience, and accomplishments mean nothing compared to how you suck up.
