Pros
The team is very supportive of each other with both workload and management related issues.
Cons
Management creates an overwhelmingly negative and toxic environment, which has resulted in half the team leaving in 6 months. Staff wellbeing takes a backseat to high work volume. Many of the staff who leave aren't replaced by new staff due to "budget reasons" - creating a stressed, overworked remaining team. Any issues that are raised get ignored, and only paint a target on your back; speaking out against abuse only creates a dead end for any future career growth with the company, and years of scrutiny under a microscope. Pay rises are non-existent. Enterprise Agreements are ignored and are "only a guideline" until the Union is forced to intervene. HR and upper management are only there to defend the company. The manager will destroy your confidence if you show any initiative.
