The lack of stable organisation leave space for the ambitious people to do the little more to be recognised and get more challenging positions. Very technical project, extremely interesting for the one who wants to learn.
Cons
Can be frustrating when the organisation is not clear and you feel doing the job of other people/department to reach the final goal. The internal job market is 100% based on your network.
