Pros
Very interesting product, solid company, multinational environment.
Cons
No training culture, no professional growth inside the site, structure quite "isolated" from other group companies. Outdated work/personal life balance conditions compared with other companies (and others Alstom sites), means limited homework tolerated (but not really well seen), no flexibility for holidays etc.
