      Salary aligned with market. Good benefits (Medical insurance, life insurance) flexible working hours depending on position, many internal career opportunities. Good job security.

      Cons

      It is a very large corporation and the internal processes can be pretty slow. Given the nature of the business environment, work priorities can be confusing or conflicting.
