Pros
Good place to start as it was not that hard to get in even without experience. Company used to hire unexperienced developers and make them do rather small projects for some local clients to later outsource more experienced developers to bigger companies. Job depended highly on luck where you were outsourced. Often raises even once a quarter. Company offered some basic benefits like Multisport card
Cons
Salary was ok, but rather low even for that time. For me it was not that bad, because of all tax benefits as a student at that time. Was not possible to work remotely at that time
