      Limited Career Growth Opportunities Since it's a smaller or mid-sized IT firm, promotions and role advancements may be slower compared to MNCs. Lower Salary Compared to Industry Standards Compensation packages may not be on par with larger tech firms, especially for freshers or junior developers.

      Pros

      Started working at Altos Technologies as a Digital Marketing Executive recently. The experience has been good so far, especially because of the supportive colleagues and friendly work atmosphere. Getting to learn new things every day and enjoying the work environment.

      Cons

      The only downside for me is the working schedule, as it’s Monday to Saturday with 9 AM to 6 PM timing. Apart from that, the overall experience has been good.

      Training was good and got chance to work with Live Projects

      Not a Proper working Pattern.. Delay Will Cut Off your Salary & They Provide maximum 3 days for any big Project So Delay is Quite nature.. So Didn't Expect a Fixed Salary From there
